Encourage your students to take active transportation to school with a free class!
The iCommute Walk, Ride, and Roll to School program offers free classes and events for public or private K-12 schools in the San Diego region. These classes are designed to teach students skills and safety to build confidence and encourage active transportation choices. Our goal is to increase the number of children who walk, bike, skate, or scooter to school; raise awareness of the benefits of more active forms of transportation; and promote pedestrian and bike safety. Virtual assembly
In place of an in-person bike rodeo, elementary schools in the San Diego region are encouraged to register for a free virtual assembly. The presentation includes a helmet fitting demonstration and teaches students the basics of walking and biking safely. Encourage your students to continue to walk, ride, or roll this year!
