You’ll never be stranded. Commuters who carpool, vanpool, take an Express Bus, ride the COASTER, walk, or bike to work three or more times a week have a safety net with the Guaranteed Ride Home program.

iCommute will provide you with a taxi or rental car, for just a $3 co-pay, in the event of:

• Personal or family illness or emergency
• Unscheduled overtime (with a supervisor’s approval)
• Your rideshare partner is unavailable

Use it up to three times per year. The program can be used up to three times per enrollment year by registered participants for only a $3 co-pay. You will get a ride home in a taxi or rental car depending on how far away you live from work. For details, see the Guaranteed Ride Home Guidelines.

Print your voucher and go! Once registered in iCommute, log in and record your recent commute trips with TripTracker. Then click on “Commute Services” to redeem your Guaranteed Ride Home voucher. Specific instructions to redeem the voucher are provided.
