You’ll never be stranded. Commuters who carpool, vanpool, take a Premium Express Bus or the COASTER, walk, or bike to work three or more times per week have a safety net with the Guaranteed Ride Home program.

Pre-registered participants can use this program up to three times per year, for only a $3 co-pay, in the event of:

• Personal or family illness or emergency
• Unscheduled overtime (with a supervisor’s approval)
• Rideshare partner becomes unavailable

You will get a ride home in a taxi or rental car based on how far away you live from work, and other factors. To register for this program, first sign up for a free iCommute account or log into your existing account. For details, see the Guaranteed Ride Home Guidelines.

Print your voucher and go! Once registered in iCommute, log in and record your recent commute trips in TripTracker. Then click on “Commute Services” to redeem your Guaranteed Ride Home voucher. Specific instructions to redeem the voucher are provided.
